Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from dispatch to major Indian cities (metros: 3-5 days; others: 5-7 days). Remote areas may take longer due to carrier logistics. We’ll share tracking via email/SMS.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout (free over ₹999 on select items). We partner with reliable couriers like Delhivery or Blue Dart.
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable; domestic only.
  • Delays: Unavoidable due to weather, festivals (e.g., Diwali), or carrier issues—we’ll notify you promptly.

Returns Policy
Eiraphi prioritizes your satisfaction, but to maintain quality for handcrafted items, we have a strict 12-hour window post-delivery:

  • Notify us via email (support@eiraphi.com) or WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery for size, color, or defective issues. Include order ID, photos/video proof.
  • No returns accepted after 12 hours, even for defects—prompt reporting helps us resolve fast.
  • Eligible Returns: Only unopened, unused items in original packaging. Shipping labels provided for approved cases. You cover return shipping unless our error.
  • Process: We’ll inspect within 48 hours; approved returns refunded/replaced within 5-7 days.

Special Note on Defects
For defective items (e.g., breakage, tarnish), provide a recorded unedited video of unboxing/damage within 12 hours. Without video proof, no returns, replacements, or refunds— this verifies claims and prevents abuse.
