No Direct Refunds
We prioritize fixes: choose replacement (same/next-best item) or store credit. Cash refunds only in rare cases (e.g., our shipping error) and never post-12-hour window.

Eligibility and Timeline

  • Report issues within 12 hours of delivery via support@eiraphi.com with order details and proof.
  • Defective Items: Must include unedited unboxing video. No video = no action. We’ll replace within 7 days.
  • Wrong Item/Size/Color: Confirmed via photos; replacement ships free if our fault.
  • Non-Defective Changes: No refunds/exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” after 12 hours.

Refund Process (If Applicable)

  1. Approve claim (24-48 hours).
  2. Return item (you pay shipping unless our error).
  3. Inspection (3-5 days).
  4. Process: Full amount to original payment method (5-10 days) or store credit (instant).

Exclusions

  • Personalized/custom items.
  • Used/worn products.
  • Delays beyond 12 hours.
  • International or COD orders (extra scrutiny).
